Brendan did an amazing job and regarding the taste, several people commented that it was actually quite unusual for an entire wedding cake to get devoured on the night
(especially as one was gluton free chocolate cake)
as usually there is always some left over.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a big thank you for our wedding cake. It was perfect, even though I originally didn't know what I wanted. You were both very helpful in working out what I was after and the end result was wonderful. Brendan's flowers were exquisite - I still find it hard to believe they're not real when I look at them. And the rugby player cake toppers were great. They got plenty of comments from our guests! The cakes tasted as good as they looked too.
